What are my shipping options?
For your convenience, you have a choice of Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air shipping. We use UPS for all online orders. If you have any questions please call one of our Eula team members. Please note that our shipping and delivery days are Tuesday-Saturday, excluding holidays.
Next Day and 2nd Day Air orders must be placed by NOON (12PM ) Pacific Standard Time to be shipped the same business day. Expedited orders placed after noon on Saturday will not be shipped until Tuesday. Ground orders will arrive within 7-10 business days.
Free shipping on ground orders $50 and over!!
eulainc.com currently ships to the continental United States only and must have a U.S. billing address in order to process all orders.
UPS Ground: Flat $5 rate for orders under $50 and FREE for orders $50 and over 2-day: $25.00 Overnight: $35.00
Order Fulfillment
You will receive your merchandise within 3-10 business days. eula.com can not always guarantee availability of products. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you immediately of the situation via email. Standard delivery orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service. You will receive an email with the UPS tracking number once the order has been processed. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped out and, of course, we do not bill you for items that are not available.
How can I modify my order?
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations Which credit cards do you accept?

What is your return policy?
We will be glad to make an exchange on items returned within 20 days from purchase date or credit your credit card account for any items returned within 14 days (minus shipping charges even if your shipping was complementary). The item MUST be returned to Meringue in unworn and perfect condition (hangers and original packaging). The item(s) may not be worn, altered or washed, and must have all the original tags attached. Please note that customized items are purchased with an "absolutely no return" policy. Items which are received after 20 days will be returned to sender. All sales are FINAL on the following merchandise: SALE items, jewelry, hair accessories and seasonal items.

How do I make a return or exchange?
Simply follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at eulainc.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Eulainc.com.
